When You Need To Get Your Life In Order…

Learn and Implement Self-Compassion, Re-Discover Yourself (or maybe uncover yourself for the first time in your life) OR Desire to Build Health Relationships With Self or Others.

Over the past 15+ years I have worked with men, women, children, couples and families as they walked through their challenges and into God’s plans for their lives.

Sandy Griffin grew up in a family with twelve kids. Her outgoing, vivacious personality and love of learning about people made it an easy transition to help others learn their own skills of working through differences, prioritize activities, discover and accept who they are, and laugh at many of life’s mishaps.

Having been born a natural born coach, Sandy spent years as a Motivational Speaker, standing on big stages teaching organizations, businesses, women’s groups, and young adults about attitudes, choices, living in the moment, gratitude and the power of humor in life.

Having been dubbed ‘Life’s Cheerleader’ by other speakers, Sandy was voted ‘Best Speaker’ by her peers.

As National Speaker Association President for the state of Tennessee, Sandy uses her leadership skills to help others catapult their speaking careers.

Sandy also spends time coaching in-person, by phone, Skype and Face-time, and even through text. Her greatest joy comes from seeing other people work toward reaching their full potential.

Join hands with Sandy as you become your best YOU.

Read Sandy’s blog, connect with her as your life coach, or make your next even unforgettable and hire her to speak.

A Support

Sandy is always reaching out to help people. If she is not doing one thing, she is blessing people with material things and friendship. When she is not doing that, Sandy is feeding the homeless in the downtown Nashville area.

Sandy views people she does not know as friends she has not yet met.

Sandy, Past President of the National Speakers Association for Tennessee, is a much sought-after speaker.

Working closely with the poor and needy, Sandy is not afraid to get her hands dirtier hug a homeless person who just needs to know someone cares.

Sandy is always willing to show people the love of Christ in tangible ways.
